Sensory Play in Nursery A
We saw fantastic creativity and imagination in our sensory play this week. Children were focused and engaged well with the experiences provided. Cognitively, sensory play stimulates neural pathways in the brain through exploring different textures, materials and smells.
Year 2 Art & Design: Painting
The children made a shape pattern by drawing around 3D shapes. They then painted the different sections using primary colours.

The children worked in groups to sort animals into vertebrates and invertebrates.

We are making boxes covered in fabric. We used the nets of shapes to create the box. Next we will cover them in fabric.
Developing oracy skills in Year 3
