Today we worked in pairs to identify and represent numbers up to 10,000.

Making New Friends in Nursery B
The children enjoyed their nursery visits last week and are now settling in learning new routines and building friendships. They are exploring the different areas - building, painting, reading and playing together.
Beth Tweddle Gymnastics
Year 6 enjoyed their first gymnastics session led by Beth Tweddle this week! We can’t wait to show you our different balances and leaps in a few weeks time!
Reading and Relaxation
The children in Y6 enjoyed their first reading and relaxation afterschool club. They voted for the book Ghostlines by Katya Balen. We finished the session with a calming relaxation. The sound of soft snoring could be heard.

Relaxing After a Busy Year in Nursery B
The children have played and worked hard all year in nursery and so today they were treated to a lovely relaxing foot spa whilst listening to calming music.
Nursery A End of Year Party
We had a lovely afternoon tea celebration for our end of year party yesterday. The children enjoyed making their own hats in preparation. We also had dancing and party games in the hall. We are ready for Reception in September!

Year 2 Design and Technology: Structures
In D & T the children have been testing out differsnt ways to use paper to build structures of varying strength. One group managed a structure of card that was nine storeys high today!
