Earlier this week Year 2 visited Tesco as part of our new Geography topic ‘Journey of a Fruit Salad’. The children looked at a range of different fruits and their country of origin. This afternoon the children were given the opportunity to taste a range of fruits. They tasted mango, pineapple, Cantaloupe melon, pomegranate, kiwi and persimmon (Sharon fruit).
