As part of British Science Week, we explored how to ‘unboil’ and egg led by Dr Heike Arnold from the University of Liverpool.
We looked at the structure of an egg and how it reacts when different substances are added to it.
Dr Arnold then demonstrated how to dissolve an egg using drain cleaner (caustic soda).
