For our final day we started by returning to the woods to test our orienteering skills. After that we watched how to light a fire using flint and lock. We then toasted marshmallows to enjoy some delicious smores.
We returned to the centre to create pottery owls which the children will get when they return to school.
After that, we enjoyed our final meal and thanked the leaders and staff for all their hard work and support this week. The children were complemented by all the staff for their outstanding behaviour and attitude during their visit to CHET.
A special thanks to Mrs Boylan who was presented with her own certificate for spending her whole week at CHET helping Year 5.
