During our block of learning called ‘Understanding Materials’, the children have been investigating materials to discover whether they are waterproof or absorbent. They found out that wax is waterproof and today they made a waterproof hat.

Year 2 Design and Technology: Structures

Year 2 Peg Dolls
As part of our ‘Major Glad, Major Dizzy’ work in English, the children designed their own peg doll character and then made it using a range of materials.
